Now in its 7th year, the Carolina Mountains Literary Festival brings together readers, aspiring writers, and established authors. FREE readings, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions are scheduled throughout the picturesque town of Burnsville. Workshops are also available (for a $25 fee) and pre-registration is required. This year’s featured authors are Robert Morgan, Catherynne M. Valente, and Amy Goodman & Dennis Moynihan of Democracy Now.
