Girls on the Run is a non-profit prevention program aimed at teaching preteen girls about self-respect and healthy living. Join us in a 5K celebration and empower a young girl. In concert with Occupy Education, Occupy Johnson City is hosting a day of action on March 1st at ETSU to discuss current education issues. Bruce Dotson, President of Upper East Tennessee Central Labor Council, and Jennifer Davis of the TEA are scheduled to speak. We will be at the Amphitheater at the Culp Center on the ETSU campus on March 1st. Events begin 2:30pm, speakers to start at 5:00pm. Everyone is invited!
