Adult Studio Workshop Ladies Creative Day OCTOBER 11 – Thursday from 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. $75 for Members, $85 for Non-Members East Wing Studio Classroom Take a break from your daily schedule and enjoy a “Ladies Creative Day at the Museum”, led by Artist/Instructor Nora Mosrie, a long-time Museum instructor and past docent. We will begin with an instructor-led tour of the exhibition Madeleine Lord and Sally Massengale and other works created by women in the Museum’s collection. Back in the classroom, participants will then express themselves creatively with line, shape and color while exploring a wide range of media, from graphite pencils to acrylic paints. Nora Mosrie is a visual artist with thirty years experience in developing and teaching interdisciplinary educational programs for all ages. This workshop is suitable for all levels and no prior art experience is necessary. All materials and a boxed lunch from Laurey’s Catering is included.
