This Labor Day weekend, thirteen nationally known ceramic artists will be exhibiting their newest work in celebration of the 10th year of the “Soda Chicks and Chet” pottery homesale at Fork Mountain Pottery in Mitchell county. Potters Suze Lindsay, Kent McLaughlin and Gay Smith, from Bakersville, will host guest artists from the past ten years and showcase a variety of stunning pottery. The participating potters are Cynthia Bringle, Bob Briscoe, Silvie Granatelli, Lisa and Nick Joerling, Linda McFarling, Jane Peiser, Ronan Peterson, McKenzie Smith and David Stuempfle.
